Deeper into the darkness and night,
My security has taken flight.
When I crave adventure and provocation,
I slump down and lay from exhaustion.
When I should have taken action,

Begging for an end to my insanity,
Bargaining for the ending of my agony.

Banishment and Home Blessing Ritual
Home Blessing/Banishing Spell
After taking a hiatus from doing much psychic work and spending more time with family, I was requested to come to the home of a good friend, Dani, to do a blessing. From what I’ve been able to gather from her and the feelings she had felt while in her home, I felt that it was best to do more than just a blessing. A banishment was needed. Her father, whom she lives with, suffered from arthritis pain in his hand and was taking medication. After researching the medication he was on, his symptoms didn’t match his moods. One of his strongest moods was constant irritability, sleeplessness or not being abl
My thoughts and I are a little weird,
My thoughts and I gather here,
Creating, concocting, and making,
Trouble, laughter, and mischief,
We are always on the shift
And on the move.
My thoughts have a mind of their own,
My thoughts are of a thousand worlds,
We all live close together,
We all live far from one another,
We are always on the shift and on the move,
We are always turning, we always in our groove.
My thoughts and I are a little strange,
My thoughts and I always change,
Thinking, dreaming, and imagining,
Shouting, babbling, and always rambling,
We are holders of truth that are truer than true,
My thoughts are on the move and always
Deeper into the darkness and night,
My security has taken flight.
When I crave adventure and provocation,
I slump down and lay from exhaustion.

There is no cosmic law that states artists must suffer many long years and demeaning day-jobs before a window of opportunity cracks open just enough to hop on through.
Fellow deviant Brian Kesinger is a case in point.
His first “day-job” in 1996—he was hired straight out of his senior year of high school—was drawing Tarzan for Disney.
Brian stayed at Disney and he considers every day there a part of his ongoing education as an artist. He most recently worked on “Wreck It Ralph,” and has become active in the story department, where he
Recently I came across this contest, "Feedback for Favorites" http://fav.me/d5qgxyk and I thought to myself--what a great way to motivate deviants to leave feedback on deviations. As a rule I always TRY to leave comments on works I've added to my collection of favorites. Although views and faves are always appreciated by most, it is the comments, feedback, and critiques, that truly help the artist grow in their artistic abilities and pursuits as well as inspiring their desires!
Now here is a contest to reward one for doing exactly that! Once again the official contest can be found here: http://fav.me/d5qgxyk

My name is Luna, I am the writer, artist, and dreamer. I am hyper at times, dead still at others. I can take a joke and dish one out as well. I love art in all its forms. I love to travel. I love to travel without moving. I love to experiment with different types of art...

It's funny how hard we try to fight the tides of change. The harder we swim away from them, the more we sink below the waves. In the last year, the ocean of life kept crashing upon me and my family. My husband was in a car wreck, we couldn't pay rent, I hadn't been able to find work, and we were forced to swallow our pride and ask for help. The help started when we moved in with my parents. Although my father and I don't see eye-to-eye, we were able to grow and improve on our strained connection. My mother was overjoyed with the chance to have her grandsons living with her. It was hard, at first. However, we've grown accustomed to life with m
I'm just at a loss for words. Everything was going so well for us. We were paying off our bills and making plans for the future...then the whole world came crumbling down. My husband was on his way home from a friends house. He had been up the previous night from working, and his friend convinced him to hang out. At 4:30 P.M. I got the call from the hospital telling me my husband was there. After 20 excruciating minutes I finally got to the hospital and was told my husband was in x-ray. He was in a car accident, and had struck a tree. From the police reports, he had fallen asleep behind the wheel. He didn't have on his seat belt and when he s
Awesome sauce news, everyone. I am able to go to MTAC this year. I have been working every chance I have on cosplays and will hopefully be done at the end of this month. Which means, I'll have a busy busy busy busy schedule for the month of April. Here's my cosplay line up:

Kisara/Blue Eyes White Dragon (Yugioh)
Saturday: Daenerys (GOT)
And yes, for you doubters out there, I am definitely going this year. Already pre-registered and will be staying with a good friend close by. I am excited about this and will be sewing like crazy to have everything done early. For those of you that know me and want to
Another happy birthday is coming around. Hope everything is going well for you and your family. Wishing you all the best and no matter what will be: Make the best out of it, my dear
